Flexible Working is here to stay

I founded my business because I had a strong desire to work flexibly around my family. I knew I had the business knowledge and experience to support others and so decided to take the plunge! A regular 9-5 job working in an office, having to commute, was not the right fit for my family anymore. So I decided to do something about it and here we are today. Three years on after taking on our first client, we have helped numerous businesses over the last 3 years whilst growing our own team too.

Today we are a team of 7, including myself. All of the consultants that work alongside me are all equally driven and stand by my motto of being "Commercial, Creative and Committed". Most importantly though, we all have a desire to work flexibly around our families.

 

I am committed to providing as many flexible working opportunities as I can. In this modern day and age, it is not about 9-5 but simply getting the job done. We work to deadlines but how those deadlines are met is down to each individual team member as what works for one, does not another.

I oversee all projects within our business and enjoy pushing each business we work with to the next level- whether that is Social Media engagement, creating a consistent brand identity or moving in new directions with new strategies. Hopefully we will hear from you soon!
